A glittering career sometimes hides many a sad story beneath. Lolo is in her current post after a lot of struggle and perseverance. Jones grew up with an extremely difficult and hardship-filled life as the child of a single mother with five children. Her mother had been constantly changing her location and she spent some time living within the basement. Jones had a nomadic and mobile life until the time she entered the high school system, was required the option of moving to a new school each year. Jones was forced to move away from mother at Theodore Roosevelt School in order pursue her love of track. Jones lived with 4 different families to focus on her studies. Jones was a cellist with the school's orchestra as well as winner of Gatorade the track and field athlete of the year was awarded an award called the Gatorade Iowa Athlete award at the close of high school. Jones was one of the college's best hurdlers after entering. In 2002, at the NCAA Track and Field Championships in 2002, Jones took home the 100-meter hurdles. Additionally, she was on the team that was second in the 100-meter relay. Jones was the NCAA Champion indoor hurdles both in 2013 and 2003. Jones is training since 2005, when she completed her college studies. Jones won two events, the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track events in the same year.
The family was raised and born from Cape Town South Africa Brandt moved with her family to Auckland New Zealand in her late teens. Discovered by local casting directors Brandt assumed the character of Naevia for the Starz hits Spartacus: Blood and Sand as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. As a result of her work with Steven S. D Knight's and Sam Raimi's producers, she was an instant movie star. She was a part of the cult Netflix show Lucifer which had a 6 year run. She played the beloved comic book character from DC/Vertigo Mazikeen. Forbes declared Lucifer the show with the highest amount of binge-watching of 2021. Lesley-Ann Brandt, a South African actress born in Cape town on the 2nd of December, 1981. She is quite a talented New Zealand actress. Lesley Brandt and her family moved to New Zealand in the city of Auckland. Zealand in 1999. After a few years of working in the retail sector, she was promoted to the IT Manager consultant. Lesley was featured in a variety of commercial ads after several modeling projects. Her graduation was with a degree in acting in the year 2008. Lesley Brandt starred in the television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand in the role of Naevia as a hostage. She was later seen in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
